[Applications]
The industrial pressure transmitter series
EDN is developed using a stainless steel piezoresistive silicon pressure
sensor, and all wetted parts are made of stainless steel.
In line with the rapid advancement of
pressure sensor manufacturing technology, the product incorporates highly
precise electronic components along with advanced PCB chip design and assembly
techniques. During the electronic design process, where small mV signals from
the pressure sensor are received and amplified, the product has undergone
rigorous testing for Noise, Burst, Insulation, and Surge performance, exceeding
CE requirements.
Throughout manufacturing, strict process
control and quality management procedures are applied to ensure stable analog
signal generation. Finally, each product is individually calibrated and
subjected to 100% inspection before shipment.
During the development stage, Dahotronix
conducted more than ten different and stringent comparative tests against
existing overseas and domestic products. As a result, the EDN.309 provides
superior quality performance with universal functionality, making it suitable
for industrial fields that require strict control and precise instrumentation
management across various operating environments.
In particular, it is widely applicable to
general hydraulic and pneumatic industries, pump industries, compressor
industries, automotive industries, heavy industries, shipbuilding industries,
semiconductor industries, pharmaceutical industries, wastewater and water
treatment industries, energy industries, and food & beverage industries.
To ensure broad usability, the product has
been designed as a low-cost solution with minimized production costs. Pressure
ranges are available from 0…4 bar up to 0…250 bar through optimized component
combinations. It delivers reliable pressure measurement performance even under
harsh field conditions and supports a wide range of process connections and
electrical plugs required in industrial applications.
