■ Pressure Measurement
Principle
The EDN.301 measures pressure using a piezoresistive silicon pressure
sensor.
Process pressure is transmitted through a stainless steel flush
diaphragm, causing a slight deformation in the sensing element.
This deformation is converted into an electrical signal, which is
amplified and compensated by internal electronics to provide a stable and
highly accurate output.
