EDN.314 for homogenizers
■ EDN.314, Sanitary Pressure Transmitter
- Sanitary diaphragm seal applied
- Suitable for food, pharmaceutical and
cosmetic industries
- Designed for high-pressure vessels and
homogenizers
- Various flange and material options available
- CE certified
■ Product Overview
The
EDN.314 sanitary pressure transmitter is designed for pressure measurement and
control in high-pressure vessels and homogenizer equipment, especially in food
& beverage, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries, including milk
processing applications.
Depending
on the process conditions, a sanitary diaphragm seal must be applied, and the
pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument via calibration system oil
inside the diaphragm seal.
To
meet various industrial requirements, a wide range of designs, materials, and
measurement systems are available according to applicable standards.
The
technology for system fluids and block flange manufacturing and design has been
specifically developed for this application field.
For
homogenizer equipment requiring strict hygiene control, the transmitter can be
assembled directly to the process using a block flange, and is manufactured to
meet all general application requirements.
Even
under high load conditions, reliable measurement is ensured, and under
vibration or pressure spikes, the diaphragm seal is directly connected to the
instrument to transmit pressure via a flexible capillary.
DAHO
provides customized solutions for various applications, and the diaphragm seal
is fully sealed with wetted parts made of hygienic materials in accordance with
international standards.
