■ Product Overview
The
EDN.355 differential pressure transmitter is manufactured with all joints
joined by laser welding, and all wetted parts are made of stainless steel.
The
pressure sensor is a piezoresistive silicon sensor, with a minimum differential
pressure measurement range of 400 mbar or higher, and a maximum static (line)
pressure of up to 200 bar.
This
product measures differential pressure using two piezoresistive sensors.
Silicone oil is filled between the dies, transmitting pressure applied to the
two diaphragms to the amplifier.
Electrical
wiring forms the circuit, and semiconductor-based chips are used for signal
processing.
Through
the piezoresistive effect, the input pressure signal forms a linear
relationship with the Wheatstone bridge on the die, allowing accurate
differential pressure measurement and analog signal output.
Since
all wetted parts are made of stainless steel, chemical corrosion does not occur
except for special fluids.
Additionally,
depending on application requirements, a male adapter can be added to the
female pressure connection.
