■ Product Overview
The EDA.371 series is an industrial pressure transmitter
designed for high accuracy, durability, and long-term stability in demanding
environments.
It is based on a stainless steel 316L piezoresistive silicon
pressure sensor and incorporates advanced electronic components and PCB design.
The signal processing circuit includes protection against
noise, burst, surge, and high insulation, ensuring stable signal transmission.
All units are fully calibrated and tested under strict quality control
procedures.
With its high insulation design, the EDA.371 ensures reliable
operation in high-voltage and electromagnetically noisy environments.
In addition, the EDA.371 allows on-site zero and span
adjustment, enabling users to compensate for installation tolerances,
environmental changes, and long-term signal drift without removing the
transmitter from service.
The zero/span adjustment function is provided through
adjustment potentiometers located on the side of the transmitter body, allowing
convenient field calibration and maintenance.
Zero and span values can be easily fine-tuned using a
screwdriver without disassembling the electrical connection.
■ Pressure Measurement
Principle
The EDA.371 measures pressure using a piezoresistive silicon
pressure sensor.
Pressure-induced deformation is converted into an electrical
signal, which is amplified and compensated by internal electronics to provide a
stable analog output.
■ Materials of Wetted Parts
All wetted parts are made of stainless steel 316L, providing
excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
■ Accuracy Class
▶ ±0.5% F.S (standard)
▶ ±0.25% F.S (option)
▶ ±0.1% F.S (option)
■ Zero & Span Adjustment
Zero adjustment: Sets the baseline output signal at zero
pressure.
Span adjustment: Aligns the full-scale pressure range with
the maximum output signal.
The EDA.371 enables field adjustment
through zero and span potentiometers located on the side of the transmitter
body, allowing users to fine-tune transmitter performance after installation. This feature
helps compensate for installation effects, piping stress, environmental variations,
and long-term sensor drift.
As a result, measurement accuracy can be maintained without
returning the instrument for recalibration, reducing maintenance costs and
system downtime.
■ High Insulation
The EDA.371 provides insulation resistance greater than 2000 MΩ at 500 VDC.
This ensures reliable performance in high-voltage
environments by protecting the signal from electromagnetic interference, surge
voltage, and leakage current.
