■ Product Overview
The
EDN.616 pressure transmitter can be connected to process systems in a flange
type configuration and is manufactured entirely from stainless steel for both
the body and wetted parts.
It
is certified as explosion-proof by KOSHA in Korea, ensuring safe and reliable
operation in hazardous environments.
The
diaphragm seal, calibrated and assembled with the pressure transmitter,
protects the measuring instrument in complex media such as chemical corrosion
and serves as a medium to transmit pressure.
Most
importantly, the diaphragm seal isolates the pressure transmitter from the
process medium, ensuring sensor protection and stable measurement.
Pressure
is transmitted through the internal electronic system and specially filled
fluid within the diaphragm seal system, allowing accurate measurement across a
wide range of complex applications.
Threaded
models are suitable for versatile industrial use, and the lower body can be
replaced without modifying the diaphragm seal system, improving maintenance
efficiency.
With
this diaphragm seal structure, pressure measurement up to 250 bar is
achievable.
The
diaphragm seal can be directly connected or used with a cooling device in
high-temperature environments, and pressure can also be transmitted via a
flexible capillary.
To
accommodate various measurement environments, DAHO provides options for
diaphragm components using identical or different materials, and wetted parts
can be coated with Teflon or similar materials if required.
