■ Product Overview
CDS.913
is a stainless steel pressure gauge combined with a diaphragm seal, designed
for stable and reliable pressure measurement in environments involving viscous,
corrosive, or high-temperature media.
The
diaphragm seal protects the gauge from direct contact with the process media
and acts as a pressure transmission element, ensuring reliable performance even
under pressure spikes, vibration, and overload conditions.
It is
particularly suitable for hygienic and safety-critical industries such as food
& beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology applications.
■ Pressure Measurement Principle
Process
pressure is applied to the diaphragm and transmitted through the internal fill
fluid to the sensing element of the pressure gauge.
The
transmitted pressure is converted into mechanical deformation of the Bourdon
tube, which is then indicated by the pointer through a mechanical movement.
■ Materials (Materials of wetted parts)
CDS.913
is designed with stainless steel 316L diaphragm and housing for the main wetted
parts, providing excellent corrosion resistance and stability in most general
process media.
Depending
on the model, the Bourdon tube and internal components are available in
stainless steel or brass, allowing optimal material selection according to
application requirements.
The
process connection is supplied in standard threaded or flanged types, and
various connection configurations can be provided depending on installation
conditions.

■ Applications
CDS.913
has been developed through various performance comparison tests with similar
domestic and international products, ensuring stable operation under demanding conditions
such as high temperature, viscous media, pressure fluctuations, and external
disturbances.
With
the diaphragm seal structure, the gauge is protected from corrosive,
high-viscosity, and high-temperature media, enabling reliable pressure measurement
even in harsh process environments.
Therefore,
it can be applied across a wide range of industries, including:
▶
Food & beverage industry
▶
Pharmaceutical & biotechnology industry
▶
Chemical & petrochemical industry
▶
Oil & gas industry
▶
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
▶
Pumps & compressors
▶
Water & wastewater treatment
▶
General process industries
