Product Overview

CDS.941 is a high-pressure diaphragm seal type pressure gauge designed for reliable measurement in harsh environments, including aggressive, viscous, or high-temperature media.

The diaphragm seal isolates the measuring instrument from the process medium, protecting it from damage and ensuring stable performance under pressure fluctuations and spikes.

It is suitable for hygienic and demanding industries such as food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology.

Pressure Measurement Principle

Process pressure is applied to the diaphragm and transmitted through the fill fluid to the sensing element of the pressure gauge.

The pressure is converted into mechanical movement via a Bourdon tube and displayed through the pointer mechanism.

Materials (Materials of wetted parts)

CDS.941 uses stainless steel for all major wetted parts, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

The diaphragm and housing are made of stainless steel, and silicone is used as the internal fill fluid for stable pressure transmission.

The Bourdon tube and movement are also made of stainless steel, ensuring reliability in high-pressure and harsh industrial environments.

Various threaded process connections (G, PT, etc.) are available to suit different installation requirements.

Accuracy Class

100mm: Class 1.0

63mm: Class 1.6

Applications

CDS.941 is designed for demanding industrial environments and maintains stable performance under high pressure and harsh conditions.
