■ Product Overview

The EDN.813 is a hygienic pressure transmitter optimized for applications requiring high levels of cleanliness, such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and medical industries.

 

It is designed based on advanced pressure sensor technology and modern electronic components, providing high accuracy and reliability. All wetted parts and housing are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygienic performance.

 

The transmitter incorporates advanced PCB design and protection technologies against noise, burst, insulation, and surge, ensuring stable operation in various industrial environments.

 

The EDN.813 optionally supports RS485 communication and 2 relay switch outputs, allowing flexible system integration. The LCD window with bar graph display enables easy on-site monitoring.

 

■ Pressure Measurement Principle

The EDN.813 measures pressure using a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor.

 

Process pressure is transmitted through a stainless steel diaphragm, causing a minute deformation in the sensing element. This deformation is converted into an electrical signal.

 

The signal is amplified and compensated by internal PCB electronics and output as stable analog or digital signals.

 

Materials of Wetted Parts

All wetted parts and housing are made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and cleanability for hygienic applications.

 

The housing is powder-coated to enhance durability and prevent corrosion or damage over long-term use.

The EDN.813 series provides the following accuracy options:

±0.1% F.S
