■ Product Overview
The EDN.820 series is a pressure transmitter designed with a flush
diaphragm structure, making it suitable for viscous media and hygienic
environments.
All wetted parts are made of stainless steel, providing excellent
corrosion resistance and durability, while the housing and body are made of
aluminum to ensure cost efficiency and mechanical strength.
The standard process connection is G1/2”, and various sealing options
such as FKM, EPDM, and metal O-ring are available.
It utilizes a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor combined with
advanced electronics and PCB design to achieve high accuracy and stability.
The internal circuitry is designed to minimize the effects of noise,
burst, insulation, and surge, ensuring reliable operation in various industrial
environments.
All units are fully calibrated under strict quality control procedures.
■ Pressure Measurement Principle
The EDN.820 measures pressure using a piezoresistive silicon pressure
sensor.
The flush diaphragm allows direct pressure transmission even in viscous
media, preventing clogging and ensuring stable measurement.
The pressure signal is converted, amplified, and output as a stable
electrical signal.
■ Materials of Wetted Parts
Wetted parts are made of stainless steel, while the housing is made of
aluminum.
Seal materials include FKM, EPDM, and metal O-ring options.
